I260 Series | Low Input Speed Worm Gear Reducers

The I210-I280 Series low input speed worm reducing gear drive solutions offers high ratio reduction with few moving parts in a  compact drive. The right angle arrangement of driving-to-driven machine requires a minimum of space. Each unit comes standard with a rugged cast iron housing and tapered roller bearings on output shafts to maximum reducer performance.  Input and output shafts can be extended in either or both directions in horizontal or vertical arrangements adaptable to any mounting requirement. Efficient motor speeds are reduced to slow speed requirements of many industrial machines in one reduction.

    • Standard ratios are offered in 25:1 and 50:1in both left or right handed options
    • Tapered roller bearings provide increased load capacity and bearing life
    • 1" input shaft or hydraulic motor
    • 2" solid or hollow bore output shaft
    • Serviced with 85W140 gear lubricant, run and leak tested before shipment
    • The I260 Series weighs 80/85 lbs. including 46oz of lubricant
